Subject: [PATCH] patch 8.2.1253: CTRL-K in Insert mode gets <CursorHold>
 inserted

Problem:    CTRL-K in Insert mode gets <CursorHold> inserted. (Roland
            Puntaier)
Solution:   Do not reset did_cursorhold, restore it. (closes #6447)
