Subject: [PATCH] patch 8.2.1232: MS-Windows GUI: Snap cancelled by split
 command

Problem:    MS-Windows GUI: Snap cancelled by split command.
Solution:   Do not cancel Snap when splitting a window. (Ken Takata,
            closes #6467)
