Problem:    When evaluating 'foldexpr' causes an error this is silently
            ignored and evaluation is retried every time.
Solution:   Set emsg_silent instead of emsg_off. Stop evaluating 'foldexpr' is
            it is causing errors.  (Christian Brabandt)
