Disable recognizing .rdf as a redif file.

Add missing test files.

Problem:    When a custom filetype detection uses "augroup END" the conf
            fileytpe detection does not have the filetypedetect group.
Solution:   Always end the group and include filetypedetect in the conf
            autocommand. (Lech Lorens)

Problem:    Small mistakes in comments, proto and indent.
Solution:   Fix the mistakes.

Also update runtime files

Add missing test82 files.
